These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Knowloom, operated by Orris Tech ("we", "us", "our"). By using Knowloom, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
Knowloom is an AI-powered knowledge management service that connects to your development tools (GitHub, Slack, Linear, Notion) and provides AI-generated answers based on the content you grant access to.
2. Account Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate account information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must have authority to connect the data sources you integrate with Knowloom
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the service
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to violate any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models
- Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-extract data from the service
- Circumvent usage limits or access controls
- Upload or connect sources containing illegal content
4. Data Ownership
You retain all rights to data you connect to Knowloom. We do not claim ownership of your content. We use your data solely to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. AI-Generated Content
Knowloom provides AI-generated answers for informational purposes. Answers may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for verifying important information against original sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated responses.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the service with reasonable notice when possible.
7. Free & Paid Plans
Free tier usage is subject to the limits described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify free tier limits with 30 days notice. Paid plans are billed according to the terms presented at purchase.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Knowloom is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated at least 14 days in advance via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
